Story: Driving East on interstate 8, Was pulled over. The officer said i was speeding @ 86mph (in a 75mph highway) and the fine would be 50 dollars.
I asked to see the radar and his reply was if you dont stop arguing with me i will arrest you for a Criminal violation. I was not traveling at that speed need some advice. The officer was rude I feel that my rights have been violated, also stated that the law does not allow me to show you the your speed.
They have sworn to serve you
