Story: I was traveling on hiway co.86 west aproaching the town of Kiowa at the edge of town 3 tens of a mile out of town the speed drops from 65 MPH to 50 Mph then to 35 Mph in the next tenth of a mile then your on the city street in the next tenth on this day I came into town I noticed two city police cars sitting at the one tenth of a mile from the city street the one on my side facing in the other facing out apparently they were talking to each other they both were sitting in their cars the facing out was back far enough that I only saw the front of the car when I passed the 35 MPH sign I was watching my speedometer and I was going 35 MPH It was one tenth of a mile to where they were sitting when I went past them I was going just under 35 MPH like 33 MPH when I got into town the car that was facing out pulled out I was the other tenth of a mile down the road when he pulled out I pulled over right away which was about two blocks into town the officer stuck the laser gun in front of my face and said I was going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone which I wasn't he gave me a ticket for 73 dollars and 4 points I have been driving for 45 years and the last ticket I got was over 20 Years ago I drive about 35,000 to 40,000 miles every year never had an accident I feel its to bad that our law enforcement officers can't be truthful It makes a person not trust them in any situation
