Story: Two weeks after my eighteenth birthday I was pulled over by a cop who illegidly said I was driving 43 in a 25 mph zone. The thing is is that I was going maybe about 40 but about 30 ft. before the cop I slowed down to 30 mph. I was approaching the back of his vehicle which was parked on the side of the road and I saw his break lights go on before I passed him and I thought nothing of it. However as I passed him sure enough he turned on his lights and pulled me over. Know this is my first violation since I got my license two years ago and he gave me a $137 fine. I dont know about you, but I think this was a bit outrageous. I'm not quiet sure whether I should plead not guilty and fight the ticket in court or just pay the fine.
