From: Hal on Sunday, October 4, 1998 State: Florida Story: I was going west on a road that borders a small airport, the policecar that stopped me was going east and was in a turn lane to make a left, as I approched I was in the left lane, the road having two lanes. Except where the police car was about to turn left, there are no other roads that come into the road I was on, for about three miles, so it is a good stretch. Instead of making the left, the policecar made a U-turn and made the right turn at the light behind me, he gave me the ticket and noticed he got me with radar. He was in a left turn lane at the time he radared me? Someting wrong with this? I have alot of trouble with that, can he use radar while driving, I thought not! I plan and am fighting it!!! hal :-) |
