State: Florida

Story: I was travelling south on I-95 at about 9:30am when I saw a State Trooper entering the highway on my right. I looked at my speed and saw that I was going 70mph in a 65mph zone. I slowed to 65 and pulled into the middle lane. The officer followed me for about 30 seconds before pulling me over. The trooper said I was clocked at 82mph by aircraft. He never actually observed my speed but gave me a ticket anyway. The violation for going 17 mph over the limit(what I was accused of) is $143.00. The ticket states that I was giong 82mph over. I was actually fined $118.00 which is for speeding 10 to 14mph over the limit. Is this a mistake that will get my ticket dismissed in court?
