Story: A large county in Georgia had a brief police slowdown-sickout-strike last year. It was brought out in the newspaper that the county coffers were suffering for the few days because of the less revenue being extracted from the unlucky victims of cursed speed traps.

In my opinion, the Supreme Court of the United States of America oughta rule that the speed limit enforcement practices are unConstitutional because they are capricious, arbitrary, exploitative, mercenery, and discriminatory against non-cops <g>. Have you ever heard of a fellow policeman getting a speeding ticket? I hope 3D REASEARCH is able to gather enough good stories, and write the book or report and legal brief that gets the attention of the Supreme Court.
