Story: Lexington cops are pathetic. They often make up things to fit their stories and anyone under the age of twenty is a wanted criminal in their eyes. They do not care if the citations they write are paid. They simply want to write lots of tickets and give people, especially teen-agers, a hard time. They give tickets that are not legal and are overturned in court (if the "violator" has the time to take it to court) because the law is not that important to them. They are more concerned with having power over kids younger than them. Many of Lexington's police officers have graduated from Lexington High School within the last ten years, where they were made fun of by their classmates. Now, in a childish manner, they are getting back at those students by taking it out on today's students. Lexington police need to grow up and learn to be police officers, not bitter high school nobodys. They need to either start writing tickets that can not be contested, or stop writing a constant barrage of unnecessary tickets to citizens going about their business.
