From: Christopher Matera on Monday, August 2, 1999 State: Massachusetts Story: I was pulled over on Rt 1 in Lynnfield where the speed suddenly and with very little warning drops from 50 to 45mph. The officer pulled me over and said I was traveling at 68 in a 45mph zone, however I feel that I was keeping up with traffic. However, the citation said that my speed was "clocked" at 68 and "estimated" the radar box wasn't checked. I want to appeal this ticket but I have no idea what my chances are, any advice would be extremely appreciated. -Truly, Christopher Matera |
