State: New York

Story: I'm a white male that lives in a predominately black neighborhood. I'm often pulled over license checks and the police look disapointed when they see where I live and I have good reason to be around there. Last tuesday night after pulling away from a stop light, less then a quarter mile from it I was pulled over for speeding 56 in a 30 MPH zone. I really don't see how I could have reached that speed so fast. I think I'm just gonna move.
