Story: It was about 8am i am going n/b on route 9. 2 lanes in each direction. i am in the passing lane. another vehicle was passing me on the lane next to me closest to the curb and state trooper. i and the other vehicle are going around the bend. mind you i am having engine problems so my car is having problems accelerating. i guess that is why this vehicle is passing me at a high speed. speed limit is 55mph. as we go around the corner this vehicle is racing by me. a state trooper pulls over from the side of the road in front of us hesitates points at the other vehicle and points to the side of the road. then he looks over at me hesitantly points to me and points to the side of the road. he then informs me that i was going 74mph. now he has pulled us both over at the same time stating that both were speeding. how could he possibly clock us both as the other vehicle is passing me? my car is going to the shop tomorrow to resolve the problem. but i am pleading not guilty as i was not speeding and have never seen a police officer clock and pull over 2 vehicles at the same time for speeding. is this possible? email me let me know. or am i a victim of a quota?
