Story: Trooper came up from [behind] me at a very high rate of speed and hit blue lights. I was observant of traffic around me and had a radar detector and he did not clock me. He asked if I knew why I was pulled over I said no. He said you don't know how fast you were going I said no. He said I clocked you at 83 in a 65. I said I was in the slow lane and had no idea I was traveling that fast. He stated I was and that was that. When he returned with the ticket I asked how he clocked me he said with VASCAR. He also failed to fill in the date the violation occured, he put the month and date but left the year blank???? Hope that is a way out of this one along with the fact the 83 in a 65 is written more like 38 in a 65 so maybe his slight dislexia will also help...
