Story: I live in Pennsylvania, I was stop by a police officer for a speeding violation I know I was not going the speed he said I was going. I ask the officer three different times if he could please show me the device that he was using to clock me at a excessive speed of (76.4 mph) in a (55 mph) zone his reply was that he didn't have the time to show me and that it would be shown at the hearing. It is to my understanding that if a citizen requests to be show the device that was used for the speeding violation at the time of the incident that the officer must produce that item.

My question to you is : The officer refused three different times to show me the device that he use, could this these charges be dismissed at a hearing ?

I would appreciate any help that you could give me on this matter thank you
