Story: going to work on tuesday night at 1030 traveling through shippingport pa 5-11-99 I was going up a hill , acar in front of me was slower so i passed him (noting it was a double lane highway going east), as i started to pass him a car came apond me increasing the speed to get out of his way,then it happend the red lights came on , i pulled over and was citied for speed 63.7 in a 40 mph zone, i was going about 45 i do admitt that but he stated i was going 63.7 it was vascar , i havnt appeardin court yet , i did plead not guilty paid a 50.00 collateral and waiting a court date, iam trying to get as much information on vascar, so when i do appear in court i will now alittle about it,if u have any information that i can use for the court appearence that u think would help me , could u have time to send it to me , to help me out in court, iam not seeking an attorney as of right now thanku donald mabbett
