State: Pennsylvania

Story: I was doing 20-25 miles an hour in the 25 mile zone. I am very sure I was not doing above 25 miles as I had just made a left turn from 209 onto Delaware Drive. Also, I was driving a 89 Ford Taurus with 5 passengers. Delaware Dr is an inclined road and the car itself is not capable of moving at 48.8 mph for which I was cited.

Also, the citation reads that I was timed for 3.13 secs for a distance of 0.0425 miles, whereas from what I read and discussed with the Attorneys, the distance should be at least 3/10 of a mile.

Please advice on the best way to handle the case, and if anyone knows a good attorney who handles similar cases, please email me at vashi666@hotmail.com
