Story: On October 23, 1999, I was pulled over going 75.4mph in a 55mph
zone.  The system being used was vascar.  The officer just asked to see my driver's number, insurence, and registration.  He went back to the car and less than 5 miuntes later, I signed the citation and he walked away. The officer said around 15 words to me. I thought he was supossed to ask questions on why you were speeding.  I was not aware of my speed because there was a car in front of me swerving from one side of the lane to the other. Also their speed was varying from slow to fast. There were no other cars around so I started to pass.  When I did so the vehicle started to increase thier speed also. When I passed them, that is when I was pulled over.  I just sent in the citation in for a court hearing.  If any body has information on how i could beat the speeding ticket please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks for reading my story.
