From: Leon G on Wednesday, December 8, 1999 State: Pennsylvania Story: I was driving in the right lane on a two lane highway in central PA when I came upon a slower car in the left lane and attempted to pass on the right. The driver intentionally accelerated to box me in. I pulled in behind her closely and eventually attempted another pass. She did the same thing again but I was able to make the pass. Later that day, I received a call at work from an officer who said that I would be receiving a citation in the mail, based on the information he received from her, for following to closely. I told him that I didn't know that this kind of thing was legal in the US. He said that there is a provision in the law that allows this. Needless to say, I am going to court on Dec. 22. Have a grudge against someone? Call a cop, make a complaint and they will get a ticket!!!!
