State: Wyoming

Story: I was east bound I-80 out of Evanston Wy. and was pulled over for supposedly doing 90 MPH in a posted 75 MPH zone. The State trooper clamed that he monitored my spped on radar while he was west bound on the I-80. He must have BEEN 100% INVISIBLE BECAUSE NO ONE SAW HIM(Liar!) Another point, I had several vehicles on both sides of me, and when the officer got to pull me over, I was doing 76 MPH as I had set my cruise control there. The officer(Quinney), admitted that his radar unit was not the normal one that he used and that his other one being fixed. The Trooper issued me a $90.00 citation and when I got home to Colorado, I attempted to pled my case via the mail. I received a letter from the Unita Court in Evanston the said that the will do nothing by mail. I must drive 10 hours to court, and then pay the $90.00 for fighting an impossible ticket. They knew that I was defenseless as I am from out of state! I promise to NEVER again go through Wyoming for ANY reason. Their court system and enforcement are a bunch of crooks!!!!
