STATEMENT OF JURISDICTION

            The Appellant, defendant in the court below, appeals from a
final order of the Court of Common Pleas of a judgment of
conviction for violation of the Motor Vehicle Code. The Superior
Court has jurisdiction over this appeal under 42 Pa. C.S.A. s.742.




                               ORDER IN OUESTION

            The judgment in this case was announced on the record in open
court by Judge Warren Watson: "You're in violation of the law.
I'm going to find you guilty of 43, over 35."
